Protection Options
Prepaid Maintenance gives you a guaranteed cost of ownership by ensuring what you pay today, you’ll pay tomorrow and for years down the road. It lets you be immune to inflationary costs of parts and labor.
Accidents can happen at any moment, so how can you prevent from having to pay more than the vehicle actually costs? GAP insurance saves you money by (guaranteed asset protection) paying the difference between what you owe the bank and what the insurance company gives you if your vehicle is totaled.
Plan on keeping your vehicle for years. A vehicle service contract ensures you’re not responsible for potential out of pocket service expenses down the road. Similar to a fixed-rate mortgage, you’ll know exactly what to pay for any unexpected repair costs.
MasterTech Protection
Primary
The Primary level of coverage includes one application of treatment to the painted exterior, sheet metal surfaces, molding, and trim that will assist in preventing damage to the applied surfaces due to oxidation, bird droppings, tree sap, and acid rain, among others.
Premier
In addition to the Primary level of coverage, Premier coverage includes one application of treatment to the interior that will assist in preventing permanent stain damage to the treated surfaces due to food, drinks, blood, and makeup, among others.
Ultra
In addition to the Premier level of coverage, Ultra coverage includes two applications of treatment to the windshield, and headlights of the vehicle that will assist in preventing damage to the applied surfaces due to oxidation, weather-induced fading, and loss of gloss, among others.*
*The coverages included in this program are limited warranty benefits from the chemical product manufacturer, Eckbond Coatings, Inc., 2903 Saturn St. Unit H, Brea, California 92821. Certain conditions and components are excluded such as windshield cracks or chips greater than 6”, non-clear coated surfaces (except headlights and windshields), damage caused by road hazards or hail, scratches, rusting, odors other than microbes, neglect, or abuse.

MasterTech Protection
Primary
If your vehicle comes into contact with a covered road hazard and creates a structural failure in your tire or wheel, we will repair it. If it is not repairable, we will replace the tires, wheels, and tire pressure monitoring system with like kind and quality replacement tires and/or wheels.
Premier
In addition to the Primary level of coverage, Premier coverage will repair cosmetic wheel scratches due to contact with a covered road hazard to like kind and new quality*.
Ultra
In addition to the Premier level of coverage, Ultra coverage includes rental car reimbursement and emergency travel expense reimbursement.
*An exact color and texture match for the wheel is not guaranteed.
+Excludes the cost of fluids and replacement keys.
Certain conditions and components are excluded such as conditions which existed prior to the purchase of your contract, normal wear, dry rot and items such as nitrogen charges, fees in excess of $10, and tires with tread depth less than 3/32”. MasterTech Protection
Primary
The Primary level of coverage includes vertical dent and ding protection for your vehicle up to $500.
Premier
In addition to the Primary level of coverage, Premier coverage includes horizontal dent and ding protection up to $500.
Ultra
Along with the Premier level of coverage, Ultra coverage includes cosmetic bumper protection. Scuffs and cosmetic scratches located on the front and rear bumper are also covered up to $250.*
*Maximum of one (1) claim for every 12 month period following the contract sale date.
Certain conditions and components are excluded such as conditions which existed prior to the purchase of your contract, dings and dents larger than 4” in diameter, non-metal composite, plastic, fiberglass or carbon fiber body panels, damage due to collision, chipped paint, and misuse or abuse. Please refer to the MasterTech™ Dent Protection Program contract for complete details, exclusions, and limitations of the program. The MasterTech™ Dent Protection Program is not available in AL, NY, and UT.
Additional Coverage
Ultra Plus covers all component groups except excluded items plus these additional components: battery, belts & hoses, brake pads, diagnostics, electrical, fluids, headlamps, related damage, spark plugs, wheel alignment, and windshield wiper blades.
