Isaiah approached us as a true Godsend from across the parking Lot when we weren’t even out of our car yet. I can honestly say that today I had the best experience being helped by Isaiah, he worked extremely hard to get us into or new Truck. From the very start until he handed over the keys he was wonderful, personable, and communicative. He and his Manager Steve and the Queen of Finance Brenda are wonderful at their job, they make you feel comfortable and well taken care of. Today I had a wonderful experience at M&L of Lexington. God gave my husband and I a vision of our future and part of that was owning a RAM. We had been discussing it for a long time and knew that it was in our future, but we had no idea how we would accomplish it. Nonetheless, recently, we felt God sending us to gather more information to get a better idea of what we would have to do. I explicitly told my husband, “we are just going to get information. Easy to schedule and everything went just as planned. They kept me up to date on the progress of the services and completed everything quickly.

Second purchase from this dealership was so much better than first, Isaiah made the process easy and they have agreed to fix issue made after signing when they were detailing it and guy tried to scrap off a add on key pad that was supposed to stay on the car. However, Isaiah was great to work with and really made it comfortable answering any questions we had.
